Elimination Diet, Day 58

Feeling tired. I’ve had a slight headache for a couple days. Barely even noticeable. Until this evening when it got bad while at a swing dance with Will’s church. I am willing to admit it may be wheat-related, but right now my focus is on my eczema. It could also be sleep-related. I plan to reduce the amount of wheat I eat soon anyway. My skin is looking great.

Breakfast: Egg Muffin and an apple
Lunch: Half sandwich with Avocado Sauce, chicken, and cheese, kale
Dinner: Mung Beans and Rice, burger, various green vegetables, milk
Snacks: Carrots, PB&J, Blueberry Pie, popcorn

I mixed up all the ingredients for a no-knead sourdough I am trying tomorrow. It has to rise overnight.
