Elimination Diet, Day 54

Health
My arms are looking really good. Which is great, because it makes up for the fact that I’m feeling lousy. It’s Monday, I have a huge, potentially life-determining exam in less than 60 hours that I took a practice test for, and I’m just tired. But my skin is clear. That is always a silver lining.

Food
Breakfast: Egg Muffins and a banana
Lunch: Taco Salad: leftover meat, cilantro, spinach, cheese, taco shell – It’s actually quite good cold
Dinner: Creamy Cauliflower Soup, probiotic brine
Snacks: Cornbread, banana, grapes, pistachios

Preparations
Today I began to convert my sourdough starter back to whole wheat, as specified by this recipe for 100% whole wheat bread.
