Elimination Diet, Day 50

Today had a bit of egg, and a moderate amount of dairy. Fingers crossed that a flare stays away.

Health
Skin looked great all day, even while I worked hard and sweat a lot during work (remember sweat can be a trigger for me). I went to karate tonight, too. Things are looking okay.

Food
Breakfast: Coconut Banana Cake with strawberries
Lunch: Pesto, steak, and spinach on coconut flatbread
Dinner: Lentil and Kale Dal, extra kale half a flatbread with pesto
Snacks: Apple, banana, half a flatbread with peanut butter and a glass of milk (I highly recommend that last combination!)
