Today was catch-up day. Mostly cleaning and studying. I need to be more productive during the week.

Detox and Exercise
Nettle and Rose Hips Tea
Summer Goals

Health
Still a bit itchy, but skin is doing well over all.

Food
Breakfast: Apple Pie
Lunch: Creamy Cauliflower Soup, kale, probiotic brine
Dinner: Mung Beans and Rice with spinach; burger
Snacks: Peanuts, grapes
