Good first day of work, but I was worn out and the time just seemed to evaporate once I got home. I’m glad I don’t need to cook during the week for a while.
Nettle and Rose Hips Tea
Some abdominal pain midday, but okay for the most part. Energy was doing well, too.
My elbows were irritated all day, but not itchy, so that’s good. My right thigh also felt irritated, something that carried over from yesterday (so not strawberry related). Not a good sign.
Breakfast: Energizing Nut Berry Smoothie (Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook, p. 95), replaced the cherries with strawberries and added spinach
Lunch: Lentil and Rice Casserole, carrots
Dinner: Healing Quinoa and Cabbage Soup with probiotic brine and steak
Snacks: Apple, pecans, strawberries
